The aim of the study was to determine the protein digestion kinetics of Kabrita infant formula (60:40 whey:casein) compared to a cow milk-based formula (60:40), including the impact of goat milk fat; and to assess the effect of varying whey: casein ratios (60:40 vs. 20:80) on digestion kinetics.
